Context: Currently, users can't see how their banner image will be displayed or positioned, making it difficult to ensure logos and key elements are properly centered. In today's product meeting, Sam suggested adding an image preview feature for banner uploads. We discussed adding a real-time preview tool that shows users exactly how their banner will appear while uploading. This could include the ability to drag/reposition the image within the banner frame to get the desired positioning.

When viewing a group (after the redesign) there's no clear indication of who holds moderator, host, or coordinator roles. Users must navigate to individual member profiles to see role assignments, where it isn't super visible. It suggested that there could be a centralized view showing all moderators, roles, and badges along with their assigned members. This could be implemented within the member directory with filtering options by role or badge type.

When someone enrolls in a track, there could be a clear "Start Track" button before the first action, rather than users having to figure out which action to click on first. After completing each action, users could receive a "Go To Next Action" popup that guides them forward, instead of requiring manual navigation to select the next step. These improvements would create a more intuitive and guided experience throughout the track journey. I'm also aware of our previous decision regarding non-linear learning and that requiring actions to be completed in linear sequence is planned as a future feature.

The current track ending feels underwhelming/confusing. Rather than the automatic popup that says "You've completed, here is your role," it was suggested that there should be more user control over the completion process. The suggestion is to have a "Complete this track" button that appears once all actions are finished, giving users some agency over when they complete the track and receive their recognition.

It would be helpful to have member-level reset capabilities for tracks and moderator-controlled resets. There are two types of reset capabilities needed. First, individual members should be able to reset their own progress to retake a track. Second, moderators need the ability to reset tracks for all enrolled members, forcing everyone to recomplete the experience. While users can currently edit their previous answers, this doesn't provide the full reset functionality that would be useful for both testing purposes and when track content is updated.

Administrators cannot delete roles once they've been created. The expected behavior is that a role/badge can be archived/deleted.

I recently created a chat with a LOT of activity on it and it occurred to me that I wish we could convert a chat to a post so it can be categorized / added in the group menu.

Users have been asking for PeerTube embeds in posts (values-aligned, open source) - folks don't want to use YouTube!

I want to be able to edit Chat titles, so we don't lose the chats. If an Admin wants to change the title of a chat, they should be able to do so.

I expect to be able to add paragraphs to a message, and then hit the 'send' button when complete.
