Thread Navigation & Visualization Users need a visual "map" to navigate complex message threads and sub-threads within groups Current challenge: Difficult to track where to continue conversations or add new responses While Hylo has a map for main subgroups, this visualization is more needed at the thread level where complexity is higher

Their group has a english group and a spanish group, where they translate everything from English to Spanish. This means the groups are siloed, because there is no coordination between those who operate in english and those in spanish. So they might be commenting on the same piece of content in separate instances. Siloes!!!

Individuals earn points after each post? People like rewards and checking off boxes. They respond to some feedback to show they are making progress. Even if it’s just a box with a check.

My organization desires to use hylo specifically for the map feature. My community is wary of having to go through a difficult process to join another app. I would love if there was a way that it was just super simple for people to sign up for hylo, get in my group, and get straight to the map.
