I can edit the Proposal when it is in the Stream view but I cannot edit it when I am in the Proposal view.

When clicking post, while in Proposal view, the modal remains open and nothing happens. Clicking ousted the modal or the 'X" to close it launches a warning popup. Clicking OK closes the warning but I'm back to the un-posted modal.
