from WTR: "It looks like it should be possible to change the emojis used for our role badges but it's not allowing me to switch them out. It pulls up the popup but when I click on the emoji nothing happens. " I tested and was able to select a new emoji for a role, but when I went back into the group to look at it, the old emoji was displayed.

Multiple members of the same community are suddenly experiencing serious issues with Hylo, w/ both logging in and loading content. It's affecting several people at once, which suggests something broader. Some members can't log in with Google at all Others log in fine but see a completely empty stream — no content loads regardless of what they try Standard troubleshooting steps haven't helped: refreshing, clearing cache, logging out and back in, switching browsers — nothing works Browsers affected Safari and Chrome — so this isn't browser-specific

Users receiving invite links to the Fieldwork group could join and post fine on mobile, but on desktop the invite link didn't open, the group didn't appear in their Groups list, and search couldn't find it either. Turns out a large Firefox cache was the culprit, clearing it fixed things. The invite link didn't open correctly in Firefox The group doesn't appear in the Groups list or search after joining via mobile Microsoft Edge worked fine without any cache clearing needed Firefox required deleting 400+ MB of cached files before the group showed up (though most users wouldn't know to do this)

Under admin view, responses to join request questions are coming up as "not answered".

When a user opens Hylo in the DuckDuckGo desktop browser, their groups don't show up, only The Commons appears. Feedback & Support is also missing. Logging out and back in doesn't help. Switching to Firefox fixes it immediately.

I forgot my password and everyone I try to reset it Hylo says "something went wrong". I have deleted and redownloaded. There are so many bugs it's virtually unusable and now quite literally unusable.

Hi - just tried uploading a png image to the #general chatroom in GC. It looks like the file is uploaded but then nothing happens.

When attempting to connect tracks to the paid offering, the system returns “No tracks found,” even though tracks are already created in the community. Steps to Reproduce: Click “Add Tracks” System displays “No tracks found” Tracks do exist in the community

Join requests are set to on in Building Hylo, though I received a request without the join question answered.

A custom word is chosen for Actions in a Track. Then when viewing all the actions in the track, the label in the top left of the action still says "Next Action", not "Next [custom word]
