User experiences intermittent profile data loss and loss of network access

Hi all, connected with Nevada Farm Network. One of their super user's Cheyanne, is having issues with intermittent profile data loss AND loss of network access. She mentioned this happens ~2x / month.

Here is what she notices:
- Profile appears empty/No profile information is displayed despite account being active
- Has to re-find and rejoin Nevada Farm Network each time
-Cannot interact with her previous posts when logged in
- Email notification discrepancy: Can see her posts in email notifications, but when clicking "respond on Hylo" from email and logging in, appears as "a whole different person"
- Bouncing between two emails: System appears to be -switching between two different accounts/profiles
This is occurring on Android and the Web app.
