As a Coordinator of a group I am able to see the Parent group in two views: via All Views -> Groups, and via the group settings -> Related Groups.

The Parent group in question is Protected and Restricted.

However, when I go https://www.hylo.com/groups/[child-slug]/groups the link to the parent group is https://www.hylo.com/groups/[parent-slug]/groups/group/undefined and clicking that (or clicking the Join button on the right) opens a side panel that says "Oops, there's nothing to see here. Go back 404 Not Found".

When I go to https://www.hylo.com/groups/[child-slug]/settings/relationships the Parent group is listed, yet linked to https://www.hylo.com/all and not to the parent group. Clicking "Show joinable groups" brings up an empty dropdown, but the Parent group doesn't appear there – even though it's not Closed.

So potentially there's several bugs, all of which together make it impossible for someone to join a Restricted parent group.
