When submitting a "Response" to a track, any deliberately inserted white space or line breaks disappear and the response becomes a blob of more-or-less unformatted HTML. It would be nice if the same formatting options were available for a Response as for a Comment.

Unclear to me whether the Track owner sees them formatted or unformatted, since I've only been on the "user" end of this transaction.
