It would be nice to have notifications of Track and Action publications. Some users have reported releasing tracks in a phased cadence to support group learning. Giving Track creators the ability to 'Announce' the availability of a new Track or Action within Track, like push Announcements for certain Posts like Discussions, Events using the megaphone icon would be useful.
