Track Flow and Navigation Improvements
Krisha Subramanian
When someone enrolls in a track, there could be a clear "Start Track" button before the first action, rather than users having to figure out which action to click on first. After completing each action, users could receive a "Go To Next Action" popup that guides them forward, instead of requiring manual navigation to select the next step. These improvements would create a more intuitive and guided experience throughout the track journey.
I'm also aware of our previous decision regarding non-linear learning and that requiring actions to be completed in linear sequence is planned as a future feature.

I'd like to support this and/or build on it. The fact that it is called a "Track" sort of implies that one ought to be able to get onto it and travel, but there's no clear way to do this. Whether or not you want to
support
non-linear learning, supporting easy navigation seems valuable.Problem: I'm sitting on a "completed" Action/lesson/step, and it's not obvious where to click to make it go away (the track name at the top of the page or sidebar works, but nothing in the Action itself). Once I do make it go away, I still need to scroll to the next step and then press the Next Action button.
Ideal solution: "Previous Action" and "Next Action" buttons that appear next to "Not Completed"/"Completed".
Alternately, if you think that only moving forward should be allowed, "Previous Action" is clearly optional.
Alternately, a "Next Action" could appear only when the Action is "Completed."
