Thumbs-up on Direct Messages

It'd be great to at least give a thumbs-up to Direct Messages, as that's a common way to let someone know you've seen and acknowledge their DM, without giving them a notification in return. Giving the full emoji set of reactions would also be nice.

I'm noticing that I cannot add any emoji to a post of any type. I also can't add them to my DM's. And, I cannot give a reaction emoji on DM's. I'd like if emojis were available within posts, as I use them frequently, and know others who do as well.

I can't add emoji reactions, of any type, to DMs. I can to chat messages and group posts.

It would be nice though to be able to react to DMs in that way.
