Folks don't know that if they add an emoji / "interact", that they will get updated. Is this enough? Should there be a "follow this thread" button?

I like a "follow this thread" button (or link) as it's clear. (also, I suggest changing the title to "Subcribing to a thread" as I saw "threat" and that really drew my attention, lol)
