Stream not loading until after a refresh

Our hylo parent group, the Ecocene, is still experiencing a big glitch. We didn't want the shift from our opening page to move from a stream of posts to general chat.
When I followed the steps you gave on reprogramming our homepage to be the stream, it's not working ever since.
Upon opening our page, it says "no posts". (see attached)
After refreshing the page, then everything shows up.
Please let us know if you all are able to address this glitch and let us know! We really want to promote our group, but are hesitant to do so if it always opens saying "no posts."

Did you manually create that link?
The link I think you wanted to give me would be https://www.hylo.com/groups/ecocene
If something on Hylo is generating https://www.hylo.com/ecocene we need to fix that

Thomas Watson Ooh, i dont remember how the link https://hylo.com/ecocene came to be, but when i type that is where i see the no posts error. When i type "hylo.com/groups/ecocene" it loads fine....we are closing in on the issue!!

yes, that address doesn't map to anything in our system... If Hylo is generating that address, we need to track that down somewhere.
If its just an address that is saved in your browser settings or one that you are sharing with others, we don't have any control over that. So I would make sure the proper address is being shared, and if there are places on Hylo that are somehow using that address, please show us where that is happening

Thomas Watson Hello! Yes it continues to show up for both moderators and members in our community at hylo.com/ecocene (feel free to join to see!). Once we refresh the home we can see all the previous posts. We are concerned its the first thing members see and the might leave the page.

Erin Axelrod: In all these discussions with the ecocene folks, we discovered it was because they were sharing a faulty URL for their group.
What url (address for the site) are you using and seeing this problem?
Also, are these problems happening on mobile, browsers or both?
