SPACES - tracks - home view not being honored

The actions view is the home view for a Trck, though I'm automatically routed to Welcome. I then deleted the welcome page and refreshed in my other staging account the track - and I still landed on Welcome.
I tested this in another group (I deleted the welcome page from the getgo) and this wasn't an issue - i landed in the correct home view.
I tested this ONE more time in a new group and experienced the same initial issue. The track Home is not honored (I'm taken to welcome page, even though actions are the home)

you should only go to welcome when you first join the group, then every time after you should go to Actions. thats not whats happening? deleting welcome should definitely not send you to it

Tibet Sprague: Ok, but what if the welcome message wasn't set up (as in this case?). The home is actions, but instead I'm taken to the Welcome Page. I think this should only be the landing page if it's set as on or as the home? Which w/ Tracks we can't turn on/off.
I understand why we would want the Welcome as the landing page, but I didn't know that was the case and I'm sure users won't either. Perhaps we can have a prompt around this and ensure folks fill this out otherwise it might not be the bext user experience.
