[Search] Need clearer response when no results are found

Currently when no results are found in Search, the spinner stops spinning but there is no other indication that the search is complete and nothing was found. There should be a message such as "No results found." And possibly a cheeky axolotl.

True, and... if this is related to the recent post about search not working, I suspect that its also that the backend is just crashing for some reason.

I'm experiencing a 503, which is a very unhelpful error

I tried this search again after an hour away and now it works...

And this message should appear only after the search is complete, not early before the search returns.
