New Member - shows Admin status (without granting it)

I just invited a member to a new group for Gratitude Village. I have not granted any roles or badges. It appears he has ADMIN status for Gratitude Village. And, I do not see in settings that he has that status. Why does he have an Admin Status next to our group?
