Some platforms notify users that new DMs and messages have been received using indicators on browser tabs and auto-reload the page if it's left open so new messages appear.

It's a data 'push' rather than a 'pull' from the server, if that makes sense. Is that pattern possible, or wanted, on Hylo?

When messages are relayed via email the sender is 'The Hylo Team' which, to me at least, feels like a marketing update from Hylo rather than from the specific person or group that might be reaching out to me directly. Is it possible to differentiate the emails more clearly so I can see who they're from more easily? It allows me to prioritise responses etc.
