When using staging.hylo to sign up for a new profile to test parent/child group settings I am unable to complete the process. I am sent the email code, then when asked to input my name and set the password the button to "Jump in to Hylo" is greyed out and I can't seem to change it. I've tried multiple names and passwords, I've also deleted all Hylo cookies but still can't get past this point. Screenshot of sticking point attached
