Invite links bypass steward approval and skip join request popup

When I invite someone to a protected/restricted group using the invite link, they're added immediately, it bypasses steward approval, and I never see the answers they gave to the join questions. This isn't clear or expected. The person joins directly, with no approval step and no visibility into their join-question answers.
I expected a popup showing the new member's join request and the answers they submitted, the same popup I do see when someone joins by clicking the hyperlink (that flow surfaces the request and their answers correctly). But this isn't clear.
I propose that for any group with join questions enabled, the steward should always see the members' answers.
- Protected / restricted groups: the join request should pop up for steward approval as it does today, including the submitted answers.
- Public / open groups: since there's no approval gate, a lighter "New member joined" popup should still appear, showing their answers.

hmm, i just tested this and it worked for me. can we walk through an example thats not working right for you? to be clear, the way we've always done it is the Join Link shows you the join questions but lets you in without approval. The group has to be public/restricted to use the public link and send it to people to request to join. Im not clear on what you are suggesting we do differently
