Adding the Funding Rounds function to the group menu.

It was shown as funding-rounds-widget in the Edit Menu. I could add it to the Group menu but couldn't get the view to load, it reverted back to the group stream. Reloading the webpage fixed the issue, changing the menu name to Funding Rounds and allowing me to open it to create my round.

Could be a webview issue, users might not know they need to force a reload of the page to achieve expected functionality
