Several people have noted that it was difficult to find / notice the Add Submissions button. please make it bright green or something.

Also, people are unhappy that they can't see the submissions during the Submission phase. It would be great to add an (i) note saying "Submissions will become visible on X date." and as I've noted elsewhere, a setting to say that participants can view submissions during the submission phase would be great.
