I am reposting this bug. My last request was just closed but we're running into the error again.

I have a few photos that were shot on an iphone a member wants to post. She kept getting the error of the file size being too large. Upon checking, I can confirm that each file size is well below the 50 MB limit (~5MB each).

Attempting to upload on the computer, I had no problem. But from the iphone it wouldn't work. Both from the web app on the phone and on the Hylo app.

I took a screenshot of the photo and cropped it and it's allowing us to upload.

I'll post the original photo details and the screenshot image details. I am not sure what's going on.
