Prior to adding any emoji to a comment, there is an emoji (and reply) hover item that appears when hovering on a comment on desktop (see first screenshot). However, after adding an emoji (or multiple emoji reactions), the reaction part of that emoji changes: it shows the emoji reaction there which seems incorrect, and it also overflows the boundary (see second screenshot).
