As you can see in the screenshot, there is some missing and some mismatched data. For the actual event, it was created by Alina Nikishina and it is titled "The Four Levels of Action with Will Grant". Mathew Heggem then responded to that event with a comment.

The comment from Mathew Heggem is not present at all in this notification, so it doesn't seem relevant to have him as the sender. However, if this notification is supposed to be about Mathew Heggem's comment, then that comment should be present in the email and the subject line would probably want to be something like:
Mathew Heggem commented on "The Four Levels of Action with Will Grant"
