Quick efficient way to sign up and join group

My organization desires to use hylo specifically for the map feature. My community is wary of having to go through a difficult process to join another app. I would love if there was a way that it was just super simple for people to sign up for hylo, get in my group, and get straight to the map.

I wonder about OAuth integrations... I don't know what it is like to play with google and friends. If someone is already regularly logged in elsewhere this might help... I am having same challenge... we seem to be arriving at digital saturation.

What would make it easier than it is now? One idea is phone number based login instead of email based. We want to do that soon.
